Responsible for delivering the target numbers of applications for overseas education for various universities across globe especially for Germany, Italy, France, USA, UK, Canada etc.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities Achieve targeted number of applications for various destinations & universities
·Recruitment of new sub-agents, in accordance with laid down regulations regarding students’ recruitment ·Training and Orientation to the sub- agents about different countries and universities and courses
Ensuring training of agents as per business requirements
·Ensuring of marketing to be done to generate leads and closure of those leads
·Monitoring key competition developments and ensuring flow of information to the organisation
