Queen Mary University of London (QMUL) is a public research university located in London, United Kingdom. It was established in 1887 as the People’s Palace and is now part of the University of London. QMUL has a diverse student body with over 27,000 students from more than 160 different countries.
The university is organized into three faculties: Humanities and Social Sciences, Science and Engineering, and Medicine and Dentistry. QMUL offers undergraduate, postgraduate, and research degrees in a wide range of disciplines, including but not limited to business, law, medicine, engineering, and the arts.
The campus is located in the East End of London, near several cultural attractions such as the Tower of London, the Museum of London, and the Barbican Centre. QMUL is also home to the Queen Mary Students’ Union, which offers a variety of clubs, societies, and events for students to participate in.
